FINALLY! The families let us host one big feast instead of schlepping from house to house with crabby toddlers, gorging ourselves on more turkey that is physically necessary.
I've been suggesting this for the past couple of years, as we are the "neutral" territory but everyone's so possessive about their meals/turkeys. Um, I ain't trying to feed 25 people, BRING YOUR STUFF, please. So, they did and it was easy peasy for me and we all seems to be more relaxed, especially us. Probably one of the most enjoyable ones of the past few years!
Now let's hope we can keep it going...
